DuesterTap is a product of Luma Tech Digital, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), W8371 Springwood Lane, Delavan, WI 53115. This policy describes what information we collect through the DuesterTap website, admin console, and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and, if you choose to add one, a mobile phone number.
- Venue & content data — menus, items, prices, images, schedules, device information, and related content you create in the Service.
- Vendor & booking data — information venues and their vendors (such as bands or food trucks) submit through the Service, e.g. contracts, contact details, set lists, and billing addresses.
- Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage & technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To send notifications you have requested (for example, email or text alerts about menu changes, contract signatures, or vendor submissions).
- To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
- To protect the Service against fraud and abuse, and to comply with law.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text alerts in your DuesterTap account settings, we will send SMS notifications about your venue’s operations (such as menu item removals, contract signatures, and vendor document submissions) to the mobile number you provide.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as necessary for service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages (e.g., our SMS carrier).
- Message frequency varies based on your venue’s activity and which alerts you enable.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by changing your delivery preference in Settings → Notifications in the admin console. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@duestertap.com.
- Text alerts are off by default — you only receive them if you select text delivery in your account settings and provide your own number.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and payment processing), each bound to use it only on our behalf; with a venue’s own team members and vendors as part of how the Service works; or when required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorized personnel. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Your choices
- Update your name, email, and phone number anytime in the admin console (Settings → My Account).
- Choose email, text, both, or no delivery per alert type (Settings → Notifications).
- Contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
