Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of DuesterTap, a product of Luma Tech Digital, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), including the website, admin console, display software, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

DuesterTap provides digital menu, display, audio, booking, and venue-management tools for bars, breweries, and restaurants. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be authorized to act for the venue or business you register.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. You can cancel anytime; service continues through the paid period. Hardware purchases, where offered, are billed separately.

Your content

You retain ownership of the menus, images, and other content you upload. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program: DuesterTap Alerts — operational account notifications (such as menu item removals, contract signature confirmations, and vendor document submissions) sent to venue staff who opt in.

• Opt-in: You only receive texts if you select text delivery for one or more alert types in your DuesterTap account settings and provide your mobile number. Text alerts are off by default.
• Message frequency varies depending on your venue’s activity and which alerts you enable.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or turn off text delivery in Settings → Notifications. After opting out you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@duestertap.com.
• Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or disrupt other customers, no reselling the Service without our written agreement.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
